NDYS 2010 in Turkiye
We went to Turkiye!
We all had a very nice time.
We announced our project, exchanged information and made many friends.

We held a meeting at port tower in Kobe

We held a video conference today
Today we held a video conference with Canada.
Kobe・Japan,Okinawa・Japan,Canada,Russia,Taiwan participated.
Each student had a camera and mike and joined to the conference.
Taiwanese students showed us some photos and explained about it.
We showed our safety map and explained about it.
We spent a very good time.
There are a video conference tomorrow too.
We are going to join it again.
It would be exciting too.

Our team name is NDYS-Kobe
Hi, everyone,
We are the members of NDYS-Kobe.
We are going to write this blog from today and we want you to know more about our Team. As we use Twitter, we will send our ideas about our activity on real-time to 2010 NDYS Turkiye, we hope that you will care about natural disasters.
Today we will tell you about the Video Conferencing on May 15 in Osaka.
We took some pictures so please taka a look at them with some explanation.

♪Kotono Hijii, a student of Fukiai High School, served as a chairperson of the VC. She made all of her speech in fluent English.
Three students of Maiko High School introduced themselves and brief explanation of their presentation in English.

♪Nine Fukiai students introduced themselves.
Then, two group leaders made a presentation about their project using power point and maps.

♪We connected 9 points including Japan.
4 points from Taiwan, 2 points from Indonesia, one point from Iran and Pakistan.
♪♪At the end of the VC, NDYS members who attended the meeting were taken the pictures.
In August, NDYS Japan will send six students to Turkey.
